Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Anker Life Note 3 XR True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones, particularly praising the sound quality, battery life, price, and comfort. Many customers rave about the exceptional sound quality, with clear highs and deep bass, while others appreciate the long battery life that allows for hours of uninterrupted use. The affordable price point and comfortable fit are also highlighted as key selling points. On the downside, some users have experienced connectivity issues, such as the headphones unpairing on their own, and a few have found the volume to be lacking. Additionally, a small number of customers have expressed concerns about the noise cancellation feature not being as effective as desired.

Sound as good as my xm3s even perfer these because they arent as bulky as the sonys. Noice cancelation is decent i can still hear a bit of background noise with it on but my favorite thing about these is the EQ

these ear phones work very well. quick to charge and long lasting batteries. They also come with a few different sizes of rubber pieces that go into your ear for a good fit. Well done!

More than expected! Sound is great whether wearing 1 or both earbuds! Best of all, everybody has said I am crystal clear when using them on the phone! This is great for my work Zoom calls!!!! The only drawback is the battery life is around 5 hr 40min before needing to be charged. I did call Soundcore tech support and asked them about this, since they are advertised as 7 hours on the box. They told me the 5 hr 40min is about expect as the 7 hours were from Lab testing. This may only be an issue if you use both at once. I'm personally a 1 bud at time person! I thought they were so good, I purchased another set!

The passive noise cancelling is good, but active noise cancelling is mid, it works but my 5 years old MDR-1000x works better than this but hey, I bought 1000x for about $300 and life note 3 is $100 (i bought it on sale for $70) so can't really compare the features. The transparency mode is bad, it does not work at all. I have a severe hearing problem and was exciting to use the transparency mode but disappointed. Sound quality is good overall, so im happy with this product for $70.

Picked up a set for use while operating power tools. These sound good and the noise cancellation works well. They are light weight and i can wear them comfortably for several hours. Only issue i have is with the controls. Tap function is very loud in the ear and the transition between ANC and Transparency is very slow. For the price point especially if you get them on sale they are a solid buy.

I bought these on a massive discount, and I see why the price was cut. They are disappointing in almost every way. First, the case charges VERY slowly, like hours and hours to get a full charge. Battery life for the ear pods is average at best, requiring a trip back to the charging case every 3 hours or so when sound cancelling is active. Sound and sound cancelling is quite good, with solid bass and effective sound cancelling. The downside is that the bluetooth connection is really bad, with one or the other of the pods losing sync and then regaining it, noise cancelling turning on and off at times, and both pods losing bluetooth connection easily. Overall these are not dependable, have mediocre battery life, and the case charges at a glacial pace. Even on sale, there are options that sound almost as good but which maintain their connection much more reliably and last longer.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I would like to present our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience.

To fix the charging issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:

1-Make sure the charging case has enough power. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
2-Try to use a terry cloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
3-Try using another charging cable to power the charging case.

Regarding the connecting issue, please also try:

1- Reboot your Bluetooth device, and forget all the pairing records on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
      2- Fully charge your earbuds and reset them as below;
*Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
*Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the 3 LED indicators blink white 3 times and then flashes white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.

3- After the reset, take both earbuds out of the charging case to make sure they are successfully paired; you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud, and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together. Please wait for a few seconds to let the two earbuds pair together. This is a very important step.

4- Turn on the Bluetooth again and search for Soundcore earbuds and pair.

Please feel free to contact us via [email protected] with your order information and problems. We will always be more than happy to help you. soundcore
