I purchased these for my seven year old who wanted some "airpods". He is 7, I'm not going to spend that kind of money for a 7 year old. This is a great option, really slick, with touch controls for playing and pausing videos. Nice build quality, and for the amount I paid, around $25, an exceptional value.

The Airpods are great, but don't block out sound, so when doing loud yardwork, like mowing or trimming, it's hard to hear music. These work great as they do create a better seal and I can keep the volume at a reasonable level and still hear it. They're also good for jogging, as they stay in your ear.

My voice is not clear to other's most of the time ecen when my phone is extremely close 2. I have to reconnect each device every time I use.

For the first issue, we advise you to try:
- Use the regular phone call (not calling APP, VoIP, Messenger etc.) at a different quieter place to see if it makes any difference.
- Forget the Bluetooth history.
- Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
- Try it with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue persists.
About the second issue, please try:
- Ensure the earbuds can be charged and be turned on.
- Delete the pairing records for the earbuds on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for “Life Note E” and pair the device to see if that worked.
- Put the earbuds back into the charging case for 10s and take them out again to see if they will reconnect to your device automatically.
- Try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Please first look at the L/R logo on the back of the earbuds to ensure that the right and left ears are properly worn.
- Choose the ear tips that fit the ear canal best to replace.
- Turn the earbuds and find the most comfortable position.

One of my Favorites
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.From the moment I took them out of the case, put them in my ear, they were already paired and the first song I heard I immediately loved these little gems! PROS: They fit my ears very nice with the installed ear tips. They are light and they fit well. They are easy to get in the ear and they feel secure while wearing. I think they sound great! The highs are good, the mids are good, and the base is awesome. Between the 3 equalized curves, I like the middle one that has medium base. It’s easy to switch equalizations using the right ear bud. I wore them one day outside doing pressure washing and they sounded perfect! They were plenty loud. Even though they are not noise cancelling, they did a great job of drowning out the gas engine on the pressure washer. Battery life seems good. Did I say I love the base! It’s just enough but not over done. I like the small charging case because it’s easy to remove the buds and reinsert them unlike some models I’ve used. The pairing button on the case is a great feature. I also like the touch controls because they work well and are not overly sensitive. Some models are so sensitive that when you touch the buds to insert or adjust them you can change tracks or etc. These are NOT that way and I appreciate that. They just work! CONS: No volume control on the buds themselves is a bummer. I don’t understand that basic function not being included…or did I miss something? Yes I would recommend these to a friend or family member. The price is awesome and makes them an even better deal. I have tired some $250 models and they didn’t sound as good and balanced as these little guys! Granted the expensive ones had active noise cancelling, but the sound was not worth the money.
