App is great and necessary if you want to change the EQ and toggle video/gaming mode for lower latency.

One is that the feature of a built-in phone charger is helpful but as I think about how many times I might have needed it over the years I'm not sure there are any. And the charger makes it bulkier and heavier. So carrying it in my pocket isn't so easy. Second, I like that one can adjust the sound effects, including to account for the type of music being played. But I can only change one effect. For example I can increase the base but I can't change it for rock/jazz music. I can only change the base or the type of music, not both.
