    Exactly one day after the return period ended, they started dropping out for a second. I don't know if there's a term for it, but every so often, they just go silent for a second, which makes them kind of lame for music. Also, the one button that starts, stops, turns off and on is kind of awkward. Honestly, I hate them, but the local best buy didn't have the regular Q20 which are much better and cheaper on Amazon.

    They stopped working after 8 months. I purchased the two year protection plan through BestBuy but they want me to use the 18 warranty with Anker first. Anker has been a nightmare trying to get a replacement pair sent. I'm unbelievably frustrated with all of the runaround. They were great until they stopped working but it feels impossible to get any help from anyone.

    I bought these to talk on the phone primarily, and I was SO disappointed. The people I was talking to had no clue what I was saying. Horrible quality.

    NC DOES NOT WORK WHILE WIRED

    The noise cancellation option on these headphones DOES NOT WORK AT ALL when the headphones are plugged in via the 3.5mm headphone jack. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I am either going to return them or buy a cheap dongle. Buyer beware!

    Battery dead in 1 month - zero quality control

    Absolutely zero quality control by Anker. New Headphone but battery dead in less than 1 month, not charging at all. Cherry on the cake, Best buy return 15 days period is passed so cannot return this piece of trash. I am going to stop by BestBuy store to see if they can address the issue. I would give this product zero star if I could.

    Terrible product not wireless and not user friendl

    Very poorly made. It doesn't fit on small heads at all. It should have been made adustable. The other issue is that it doesn't automatically connect to bluetooth like they should. You always have to manually connect them to Bluetooth. You shouldn't have to manually them to Bluetooth all the time. Whats the purpose of them being wireless then.
