Not a good buy

Great feel bad charging design

First pair broke around the 3rd month as wouldn't charge anymore. The case charging port keeps breaking for whatever reason. Got a new one from the company directly. Probably refurbished. But again three months later they are now broken with the same problem. I love them otherwise but if they don't charge they are useless.

Avoid at all costs.

Worked beautifully for a month, then the right headphone died. Wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t connect. They were kind enough to send me a replacement pair, same thing. One month later right headphone quits on me. For $85 these headphones should last longer than a month.

1. Make sure the charging case has enough power - at least two white indicators on the case.
2. Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
3. Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.

Dont get charging port will break easily

Everything else is good but return date was too little. Now im stuck with a crappy design. Not worth the money.
