    I have had these headphones less than a month using them on a regular basis while working out, now the left one won’t charge on the base. It is completely dead, can’t get it to work. Save your money and try a different brand.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      -Make sure the charging case has enough power. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
      -Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
      -Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.

    Worked great initially for 4 months. Issues with left earpiece reported by many. Not supported by manufacture 6 months after purchase. They act like these never existed. No tech support offered. Waste of money

    Got these back in May. Had high hopes for them. I am a heavy sweater, so knowing the high IP rating (and "sweat guard technology") was why I had purchased them. Use them for working out, riding bike, running, work. Pros Worked well the first month and a half Cons After 2 months of light use, left earbud controls no longer function Now constantly opening Bixby on phone (S20) When in use the bass settings randomly goes from "Bass High" to "Bass Normal" and back and forth and.... Randomly stops playing music (probably due to opening Bixby)

    Stopped working 10 days after I could return them

    My 30 day returnable date was 10 days ago and as of yesterday the left earbud stopped working. Out of nowhere. Just stopped playing music. I wasn't doing a thing but walking around listening to music. Prior to that I was mostly happy with the product though, even with the larger earbud fittings, it never made a good seal in my ear. DO NOT BUY.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      1. Make sure the charging case has enough power - at least two white indicators on the case.
      2. Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
      3. Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.

      Please also reset the earbuds as the following steps to see if it is helpful:
      - Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Spirit X2 & Spirit X2-L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
      - Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
      * Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
      * Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
      --> After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
      - Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Spirit X2 (not Spirit X2 L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
