The worst earphones I ever used.

As some users mentioned that they only work for one or two hours, that's true. I used them for one and half hours before they the right piece stop working. As it is mentioned on the box bass up, I should clear that there is no bass at all.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Make sure the charging case has enough power - at least two white indicators on the case.
2. Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
3. Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.
4. Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Spirit X2 & Spirit X2-L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
5. Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
* Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
* Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
--> After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
6.Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Spirit X2 (not Spirit X2 L) and pair the device to see if that worked.

-Make sure the charging case has enough power. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
-Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button or touchpad of the earbuds to power them on.
-Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
-Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.

Total disappointment!

1. Confirm the charging case has power left
2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case. (use kind of cotton swabs with alcohol to clean the contacting pin both on earbuds and charging case, and make sure the contacting pins aren't stuck.)
When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the breath white to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
3. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source.

No ears

Last time I buy these

One moment it's at 100%, 30 minutes later down to 20%. Case only charges one side properly while not plugged in. Deeply disappointed.

poor sound

Doesn’t keep its charge

Great all around - comfort, fit, sound, battery
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had these for about 2.5 months now and love them! They've got a great fit overall. Super secure and comfortable. I was uncertain about the vertical orientation at first, but it doesn't affect their comfort when actually wearing them. The ear hooks are made from a very soft and flexible material. I've gone on many long runs, and have had no issues with fit, and they seen to have to issues dealing with sweat. I love the shape and feel of the charging case. The more oblong shape of the charging case makes it easier to carry in my pocket (vs the case for something like the Powerbeats Pro which is more boxy). I also like the soft touch plastic the case is made from. Battery life has been great to the point that I've never noticed it. I've worn these for 4-5 hours at a time no problem. When the case is down to a single flashing led, then I throw it on the charger. Sound quality is good, but not exceptional. I've had other headphones that have better sound quality, but these are by no means bad. The biggest criticism I have is that max volume seems lower than other similar headphones. But the volume these do reach has been adequate for my uses. Great call quality and clarity. My wife says she can hear me great when using these. Overall I love these headphones, and highly recommend them, especially for the price.

Good headphones for the price.

I was a little skeptical about getting them because I had never heard of the brand. They are really comfortable while working out, they don't move at all when running jumping or just laying down pushing wieght. The sound is good bass is good but not punchy like higher end headphones. Highs are nice, over all the sound quality is good. I would like one more notch of volume but there not quite neither. I would recommend these for any one looking for gym headphones that doesn't want to brake the bank. I got these for under 100 dollars with the warranty I would delay they where worth it.
