If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Spirit X2 & Spirit X2-L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
* Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
* Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
--> After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Spirit X2 (not Spirit X2 L) and pair the device to see if that worked.

Soundcore Spirit X2... Good Strong Bass

The Soundcore spirit x2 is definitely a winner especially is if you like really strong bass good mids and highs and a really good battery life. No touch controls here just physical buttons on both earbuds for volume up and volume down as well as switching between normal mode and bass boost mode. It also comes with different sizes of ear tips that you can experiment with for a perfect fit. The inclusion of aptx codec really makes for great sound and a strong Bluetooth connection. While the earbuds don't get super loud they more than make up for it in good quality sound. This is probably the most fun you'll have when it comes to these earbuds.

What has truly impressed me is longevity and battery life. I got these a year ago, and have been using them constantly for online meetings, exercising, and motorcycling. The hooks around the ear keep these headphones on under my motorcycle helmet, works super well. Bass H/L control on the earbuds is nice. All in all fantastic.

Soundcore headphone

Unfortunately my left earphone quit charging, but JADE over at soundcore customer support took really good care of me and had me brand new ones within a week. Not only are they good headphones but the customer service is top notch!

You're better off buying something else
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These headphones have a defect that if you insert the charger all the way it wont charge but if its barely connected it charges fine except now the charger falls out easily. I've traded them out twice and they all have this so I just gave up and kept the ones I had. You can leave these charging all night and they'll only be 80 percent charged and if they are 100% the battery depletes unevenly so one will always die first and leave you with 20% in the other one. The long gummy bits hurt even if they are the right size and it takes forever to break them in. The audio quality is great, bass booster is amazing and they are great with phone calls, that's about it though.

Great Sound

Better off with Amazon knock off brands

Several times now, I have left them to charge in the case for hours only to arrive at the gym and hear “battery low” when I turn them on. Then they die 5 minutes later. Very disappointed. I tried to avoid going to Amazon and buying cheap knock offs. But the last time I bought wireless earbuds on Amazon for less than half the price they sounded better and the battery life was significantly better. Also they are a pain to pair and almost never pair upon removing from the case as advertised.

Disappointed

I noticed of the bat when I talk to someone the line is breaking up and when I listen to music the sound is clear. I don't understand why they are 2 names for the bluetooth soundcore spirit X2 and soundcore spirit X2L? Either ways connection is bad no matter which name I pair with the other line keeps breaking up no matter who I speak to. Maybe I'm doing something wrong I need help please.

2. Press and hold the button behind the charging case for 10 seconds. The LED indicators of the earbuds will flash red 3 times and then turn white.
3.Pair again with your device.

For the name, as the earbuds support Primary/Secondary switch, both of them can pair to your phone as a master device. When the right earbud is Primary, the connected Bluetooth name is Spirit X2, when the left earbud is Primary the connected Bluetooth name is Spirit X2-L.

Soundcore Support is Execellent!

I can't wear just in-ear headphones because they pop out no matter if I change the earpiece. They worked well and charging was super easy. After a while, I was having problems with the sound. As I was on a call, the speaker would fade out like they muted me. Couldn't figure out what was wrong. I contacted Soundcore Support for assistance and they tried to help me. We disconnected and rebooted several times, tried it with 2 different iPhones, but they couldn't solve the problem. Instead, I sent the defective headphones back to them and they sent me a replacement, which is working fine. The assistance they provided was way better than I expected. They responded to my emails within 24 hours. No company does that nowadays. They even followed up on how the replacement headphones are working. I appreciate that a lot!

TRULY disappointed!!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these and it worked well for a few weeks probably three weeks then neither one would connect then the left ear started connecting then the right ear connected for a few minutes and never connected again I tried to connect the soundcore spirit x2 true wireless on 5 different phones because I really liked them, I used an Iphone 11 pro, and several samgsung phones the right ear just would not CONNECT this is a problem to many people are reporting it and it is an issue that need to be seriously addressed, I read the reviews and still bought the product but it's really an issue.

Good headphones… when they’re charged

But half the time I would take them out of the charging case only to find that one or both earbud didn’t charge. Now, the right earbud won’t charge at all. Do not Recommend.

didn't last long

I have an Anker wireless speaker that's been amazing and lasted years so I was really disappointed when my headphones didn't hold up in the same way.

DO NOT BUY!

The right side reboots randomly and disconnects from blue tooth. Don't waste your time on this garbage. Now I know why the warranty is for 15 days, because that is how long they are made to last.

-Confirm the charging case and the earbuds has power left
- Reset your earbuds:
1. OPEN the charging case;
2. Press and hold the button behind the charging case for 10 seconds. The LED indicators of the earbuds will flash red 3 times and then turn white.
- Try pairing it with another device.
- Ensure there are no physical objects hindering the Bluetooth connection from the headphones to the device they're connected to (such as a doorway or wall...even in a pocket can cause interference).
