Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's the worst hearing aid purchase I've ever made. they lose connection, they are not updated firmware to see if the problem is solved, mostly only one side is heard but to be still, immobile so that both are heard. The experience with this specific model has been very disappointing. I have others of the same brand but other models and they sound excellent. I ended up throwing them away.

I've owned this for about 36-min and I've been going song-to-song to see how it would hold up, and it is absolutely perfect! Very balanced! I love the case, the packaging, the assortment of ear buds - it's all-around excellent quality for the price! These are best Blue Tooth headphones I've ever purchased - hands down!

Very seldomly, one ear bud will not connect, but will eventually. Wish the sound quality and base was a tad better, but still sounds great.

But they hurt my ear, no matter how I turned them. I tried to look for a pair that had light rubber that goes behind the ear, after returning 3 pair to BestBuy, I settled in on a pair that was more expensive and did not sound as good as these but they don't hurt my ear.
