Soundcore-Short term functionality

I have tried troubleshooting this issue with no luck. Unfortunate as when they worked they were a great product, now I can only use on earbud which is a shame, especially after such a short time of owning them.

Very impressive as if they were a couple hundred

They are easy to set up and so is the app. You can adjust them in your ear without calling somebody as soon as soon as you touch them. Noise canceling is as good as it gets. I’ve also noticed how long they hold a charge. I work between 8 to 12 hours a day. They haven’t died on me yet.
