Also they die pretty average, but it’s not a good battery life.

Case Doesn’t Automatically Turn Earbuds Off

You have to power down the earbuds before putting them back in the case or else they will drain the battery and leave you with no battery in the earbuds and the case. Sound is good for the price and the noise cancelling is better than I expected. I am used to the earbuds turning off when you plug them back into the case but this set doesn’t do that. If that was normal like the rest of the wireless earbuds I’ve bought in the past this would be a 4 star product.

Here are the tips for your reference:
- Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case is completely clean and dry of sweat and water. You can also use cleaning alcohol for cleaning the contacts. Use a dry cloth to ensure the parts are clean and dry afterward before using.
- Make sure the earbuds are properly placed in the case and make sure the ear tips are in the right position, sometimes the ear tips may interfere with the connection between the earbuds and the charging case.
- Reset the earbuds:
1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. Then wait for 4 seconds until the LED indicator rapidly flashes white. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.

Not worth it at all

Unfortunately, they just worked for less than a month and a half because the right bud started to disconnect by itself and to be dead quiet also I had a pair of soundcore P25i and happened the same thing to them. I do not recommend this.

Good option

One issue I found when I got these was that it’s a little difficult to figure out the battery percentage of the charging case. I’m not sure how to check that but if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

Defective - fully test before relying on these

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These headphones are comfortable and have okay sound quality for the price, but unfortunately the left earbud does not consistently charge when it's in the case and there is no reliable way for me to position it so that it actually charges - not sure if this is an issue with the earbud or case. I would recommend fully testing these headphones out before relying on them. I bought these a day before my flight, hoping to have noise cancelling headphones on the plane, and only did a quick test to make sure the audio worked and they connected to my bluetooth. Because the earbuds arrived fully charged at first, I discovered the charging issue when I was at the airport with a dead left earbud that would not charge. Very very frustrating. I found out that there's a way for me to look at the app and obsessively wiggle the left earbud in the charging case until the app shows me the earbud is in the case, so I can sometimes get it to charge with this method but it takes a while there's no apparent pattern or position that reliably charges this earbud, so it's dead most of the time. Now I'm stuck with only one fully operational earbud until I fly back home to return or exchange these. I like these headphones enough for the price that I'd like to exchange them for a fully functional pair, so we'll see.

To fix the issue you mentioned, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
1. Confirm that the charging case has power left (open the charging case to check if the white light is flashing).
2. Please use the original ear tips from the packaging and check if they are well installed on the earbuds.
3. How To Clean the Contact Pins:
Step 1: Use a thin and hard Q-tip (cotton swab) with a bit of rubbing alcohol and use a little force to thoroughly clean the metal pins inside the charging case.
Step 2: Then, use a normal Q-tip (cotton swab) to clean the metal pins at the bottom of the earbuds until there is no visible dirt.
Step 3: Next, use a dry Q-tip (cotton swab) to wipe the pins. This is to ensure all contact pins on the earbuds and in the charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water.
4. Put the earbuds into the charging case and close it for ten minutes, then open the case and take the earbuds out. Put the L/R earbuds correctly into the case to see if the indicator light turns on. This is to check if the charging pins on the earbuds and charging case are coming into contact properly.
5. If the indicator light still doesn't turn on, please try steps three and four again.
