Not as expected. I do not like the sound quality and material quality.

For the price, the quality was ok. Should have upgraded to another product.

These earbuds sound great but one of the earbuds quit charging and now does not work. I've cleaned the contacts with no success. This is the second pair of Soundcore earbuds out of 4 that have gone bad since my daughter and I use them.

ear fitting is not the best to other similarly priced. build material looks cheap plastic

Average sound, volume & bass. If you just want basic earbuds, these are the ones.

Pretty much junk. Says it has 36 hour battery life, but won't last more than 6-7. Can't figure out when it's charging or not, manual indicates flashing light but it seems to not be charging at all now. Tried to find the full manual on the Soundcore website but this item is not listed there. To contact them, I had to submit pictures of the product just to send an email, which I did, but never got a response after 3 days. I'll be returning these to BestBuy.

These fine for the price ($40 on sale) but the bulbous shape of the plastic digs into my ears and I can't even wear them for an hour at a time. They also don't switch between Bluetooth devices very smoothly.

Soundcore delivers another great device.. Super easy setup. I downloaded the Google play app and ran through the instructions and I was all set. App was super easy to use. Bouncing between the different options normal, pass through, and noise cancelling was easy. Sound customization was good. Different options for different types of music. Fit was good. Seal was nice in ear. I worked out in them and they stayed in without falling out. Sweating was not an issue. Push controls were easy to operate. Response from phone was good. No issues with lag. Automatically connects to Bluetooth easily. No issues with dropping. Battery was nice and long lasting. USB C cord is always a plus. Glad we are migrating over to USB C. Hate micro USB. Color is nice. Black. Can't go wrong with that. Case was easy to carry around and put in pocket. Sound quality was good. All around frequency output was nice. Bass boost was good. Great price. Soundcore has always been a solid product that I have used.

So I bought the package but after 2 weeks of use, my left earbud did not charge or not work. Please fix, the noise cancellation on these thing are a bit horrible!

Unbelievably poor mic quality. They make a big deal in their product description about the 68 microphones and space age processing power, and it amounts to absolutely nothing. No one can understand a word if there is the slightest background noise.

These are great and offer superior comfort. I can wear these for hours without discomfort. The retail packaging these came in felt rather basic with a plastic mold cradling the earbuds. The case feels sturdy and will sit relatively still in my pocket. Opening up the case reveals a pair of buds that sit firmly in the base. Flipping over the case while open does not let them fall out. The inside is lined with your standard plastic-like material that every other earbud usually consists of. Charging is done through an included USB-C cable. Setting them up through the Soundcore app is almost automatic, if not enabled the app asks to turn on Bluetooth, but other than that there’s really no other user input. The app allows customizing the 3-button presses on the earbuds, single press, double, and 2sec hold. They can be tied to play/pause, volume levels, forward/previous tracks, summoning voice assistants, or selecting ambient sounds. Music packs a punch! Whether you’re listening to rock, rap, jazz, country, or classical, these hit all the tones for those genres. Use the EQ settings in the app for the best audio possible. Pair them off with 30+ hours of battery life, although to be honest I haven’t been able to confirm the marketing claims but don’t doubt them based on what I’ve seen so far. My 1 and only complaint, after I paired these with a second phone, I couldn’t seem to get them to pair automatically with my first phone. The only way to get them to pair was by searching my Bluetooth settings and disabling Bluetooth on the other phone. In any case, these were still great earbuds.

When I think of Anker I think of top notch quality. To say I love anything made by Anker would be an understatement. Anker's products continue to get better and better every year with every new model they release. I've been using my new Soundcore by Anker Life Note 3i earbuds for a couple of weeks now and have placed them in my daily routine of earbuds that I use while another pair is charging. And they have not failed me at all. Inside the package comes the Soundcore Life Note 3i earbuds, extra eartips (with medium preinstalled), a USB-C charging cable and the user documentation. Charging up the Life Note 3is is fairly easy. Just plug the USB-C cable into the back of the case and the other end to your laptop/desktop or charging block (not included). Once fully charged, simply pair them with your mobile phone, PC, or other bluetooth device and they're ready to go. You can also download the Soundcore app from the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android and tweak the settings to your liking (ie. noise cancellation, transparency mode, or normal). The app also allows for adjusting the equalizer settings to whichever one suits your taste. You can also use the app to check for any firmware updates as well. As far as call quality, the Life Note 3is were clear and the other callers could hear me clearly on the other end without any background noise and no muffleness. Other cheaper products that i have tried and used in the past were always muffled and callers had difficulty hearing me clearly. Battery life is rated at 9 hours which is typically the average workday, so you can either use one earbud at a time or use them together to get through your work day. I tend to use one earbud at a time which means longer battery life as the charging case also recharges the earbuds also. I have not tested to see how long with the charging case they last but I will say they last for quite awhile. For the price range these earbuds fall in, you can't go wrong with this pair of earbuds by Anker. Also they were comfortable in my ears to the point where I almost forgot I had them in. Some other brands tend to make the inside of your ears hurt after extended periods of wearing them. Go Anker or go home.

After less than a month my headphones are giving me problems. I charge the headphones and even in the case my phone stays connected to them and plays the music while the headphones are in the case. This causes them to continuously die.

They worked well for a week and then they stopped working

Soundcore makes awesome products. I have several of their Bluetooth speakers and these are my first earbuds from them. Since I already own their Bluetooth speakers, I have the app loaded which works perfect with these earbuds. With the app you can adjust the EQ as well as setting the touch controls for volume, forward and reverse of the listening track and connecting for phone calls. What I really like about these earbuds is there is an actual button on each one to control the various functions as opposed to a regular touch control. This makes them very easy to change functions. The sound quality of these is outstanding and easily rivals earbuds that I own that cost 4-5 times as much. The bass is strong and the imaging is excellent. The noise cancellation works excellent. I actually was listening to these with the TV on and could not even hear the TV. The microphone works great for phone calls and the earbuds connect easily when a call comes in. I am shocked at how affordable these earbuds are considering the performance. Battery life is excellent as well with extra charging with the case. I would highly recommend these to anyone. They are great sounding at a great price.

I have problems finding good sounding earbuds for exercise. The ones dedicated to sport tend to be too large for my ears and are uncomfortable, and regular earbuds fall out. I was really surprised to find that, while not marketed as sport earbuds, solved my problem. First off, I found them very comfortable for my small ears. I wore them for over an hour and didn't notice any pain or discomfort. Second, they actually stayed put, even while ice skating. They aren't waterproof, so really vigorous exercise where there's a lot of sweat may not be the best idea, but for general gym use or light cardio, these worked great for me. The sound is nice and balanced without an over reliance on heavy bass that I sometimes find in lower end earbuds. The vocals shine through and podcasts are clear and enjoyable. I wore these for a week before i mewded to chathe the case. Over all about 25 hours of use. This was under the stated battery life, but i do tend tonlisten at a higher volume, so that can drain the battery faster. Overall. Im really happy with these earbuds.
