It's a $3.99 copy of spaceballs on dvd, and yet I got a review request for it. I don't understand. It's a $3.99 dvd. Picture is fine, audio is fine, special features aren't great but I didn't buy it for special features.

One of Mel Brooks' finest. Lampooning Star Wars and Aliens, but not in a negative way,was very well done. Solid cast and some very memorable lines...another classic to have in movie library. And the digital code helps too.

A spoof's a spoof. What can I say? The main template is the Star Wars movies along with some jab at Transformers, Star Trek, Planet of the Apes, Aliens, and dare I say The Wizard of Oz? It's a Mel Brook production, and I have been a fan of this genre for a long time. Getting it on blue ray and in a Steelbook edition just called out to me. The scwarhz is strong in this one.

Bought as a Christmas gift for myself. Always have enjoyed this movie. Best Buy had a good price and the shipping was well handled.

A funny spoof on the star wars franchise. I remember this movie from my youth so I had to add it to my collection. Just wish it would have included a digital copy.

This is a great comedy. It spoofs lot a movies from different times. Mostly Star Wars, with some Wizard of Oz and a lot of others too. A must watch for any fan of movies.

Being a Mel Brooks fan I found this to be a great movie! Very funny with John Candy, Bill Pullman and Rick Moranis on the spoof of the Star Wars movies! Looks great on blu-ray with a great sounding DTS audio track! Lots of extras!

Great 80s flick...mel brooks...rick moranis...john candy and the president from Independence Day, yea yall know who I mean. Love when he says "comb the desert" in search of the princess and they literally comb it. Ha!

Who doesn't love Mel Brooks? Who doesn't love Star Wars/Star Trek? the science fiction film is a giant mashup, with a lot of references to the sci-fi films we love. The actors are great and the whole film really comes together.

Anyone who is a fan of SciFi need to own this film. While a parody of multiple movies/shows it stands alone with its memerable characters and outrageous jokes.

Spaceballs is perhaps the best sci-fi spoof of all time. It spoofed nearly every big Sci-fi movie ever at that time; Star Wars, Star Trek, Planet of the Apes, Alien, 2001: A Space Odyssey and many more. Some of the best sequences are the "ludicrous speed" scene, the "instant video" scene and the whole yogurt part. It does feel somewhat dated but on the whole, it holds up well.

Got this for my (40 year-old) brother for Xmas (my parents got him a Bluray player). We watched this so many times when we were kids and laughed every time...not much has changed. Great A/V quality and an awesome movie.

I remember going to see this movie at the theaters with my mom when i little. I loved it then and still to this day .Its Mel Books comedy at its best, spoofing from sci-fi movies like Star Wars,Star Trek, and Alien.

Hilarious movie for fans of Mel Brooks and Star Wars and other Sci Fi films. Blu Ray looks good given when the movie was filmed and the extra features and commentary are nice if you like watching those types of things.

Bought this for my husband. He had it on DVD when we first met, over 10 years ago. Due to time and usage, the original DVD was scratched and wouldn't play anymore. Found this in the store and he had to have it.

This movie is a must for those who love hilarious spoofs. This version is amazing...it comes with bumper stickers and postcards in the steelbook. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up!
