    For a moderate cost iPad holder, this is quite nice. Has a spot for holding an iPen stylus and the feature I like best is the clip lock that keeps the face pad from opening if dropped.

    Looks exactly like the picture. Hard case, has a nice feel to it. You can click it closed and when you fold it open, you can click it open.
