It seemed to do a better job overall. My main complaint about this one is the latch. On my old one you had to undo the latch, this one tends to fall open very easily. I would recommend it at the sale price point that I paid but not at full price.

Great case

I also did not want to case of adding a lot of bulk. I like the fact that has multiple viewing angles, and a REAR flap so you can use the back camera!
