This case has a beautiful color, is well built, and is easy to open and close. It works well with an Apple Pencil. The only reason I am giving a 4 and not 5 is I haven’t had it enough time to test durability. But it seems sturdy in its construction.

This is the third Speck balance folio we have bought and the first of this latest version. The prior cases’ plastic edges would break when dropped but this new design has the soft cover on both sides so the plastic edges don’t hit the ground first when dropped.

The cover case is also the correct size plus it holds my iPad firmly tight. I especially like the grooves that hold my iPad as it stands up. Like the color!

This was easy to put on and covers the unit well. I like that it folds so your iPad can sit up. Just wish it had come in red.

I really like this case for my son's ipad. I chose the color black to avoid showing stains on it. It's a good quality and also can fold so it stands in case you don't want to hold it. I would highly recommend this product.

I am pleased with the fit and functionality of this folio case so far. I like to protect the back of my iPads as well as have it turn off the iPad when the case is closed. Works perfectly.

yes, the leather on is a lot cooler looking, plumberry purple, is kinda cute. you have to get a case, you b nuts, if you don't get a case. it folds so you can watch movies. get a case. this is cheap....but not a cheaply made thing or looks cheap. know what i mean?

Ipad snaps in easily. Case secures closed well and has a place for a pen to be stored. Also can flip and stand at an angle for desktop use.

I like the design and look of this case. I really like the flip open cover on the camera and the lock clip. Would highly recommend.

Love the fit and color of this case. It fits my iPad 7th generation especially well, allowing full access to the ports, etc. Love that it locks and protects my iPad well. I wish it had an inside pocket where I could place cards or notes like my old cover/case.

I bought this for my teenage daughter, so let's just say there is some 'pickiness' and she seems to enjoy the flat black style and features of the case. I can't speak to how much it protects the iPad, because we won't be doing any drop tests intentionally , but would update after an incident where the case saves us hundreds of dollars. You know Apple isn't cheap, and whilst not a fan, their products are worth protecting. Overall: the case looks nice and seems sturdy, and satisfies a picky teenager. Plus I had massive discounts applied, so great value!
