Have purchased Speck Balance cases before, and they really do last a long time. Nice discount with this purchase, would buy again.

Added protection and a nice stand feature for watching videos. Only complaint is the closure clip is very tight. Will get better with use I’m sure.

I do think, however, it should offer good protection. The iPad will not slip out of the cover once you put it in. I tried to take my iPad out, but found it extremely difficult. That can be a good feature (no unwarranted slipping out of the case) & bad (uggh! How do I get it out!).
