    This Speck - Balance Folio Case is a good basic case for the Apple iPad to protect it from everyday bumps. Got it as a gift for our mom, and she liked the color and ability to "stand the case up" for easy viewing. It is quite a bit heavier than I expected, but she didn't seem to mind.

    Great color option! Bought for my 90 yr old mom whose iPad is a lifeline as she watches TV on it because of her eyesight. Loves the closure and is very happy.

    This is a great case. Got it for my mother in laws new iPad feel it protects the device very well, not to sure I care for the snap closure but she does not seem to mind it.

    Absolutely love this case because of the color, quality, and functionality. Love the plastic clip that holds it open in place and then secures it closed. Love that I can grab the skinny back with my left hand to hold the IPad when reading, instead of holding the thick iPad. Love that I can place the iPad in a secure horizontal upright position for reading by folding the case in a triangle.
