After spending much more on Otter cases and not being as impressed with the experience I shopped around a little and found Speck. I try to find them on the mark-down shelf or in discount stores for stupid cheap because I am not after the new shiny object, just an excellent performing case to protect what is really valuable anyway.

Speck Folio for iPad

And it's not super rugged, but the price is low, so you get what you pay for.

Although it doesn't show it in the photo, in the back of the folio case is a magnetic flip down "door" that can then easily expose the ipad camera. The side clasp is a nice feature as it lock it in place for easy storage. As you flip the cover over, it has intermittent levels or angles in which you can store your ipad for easy if use for movie watching or game playing. I love it!
