    I've had this Speck Balance Folio Case on my iPad for over 1 & 1/2 years and it still looks good. The stitching and seams are holding up surprisingly well considering that the case is being opened, closed, and folded multiple times a day. The elastic pencil holder is still firm, and the plastic latch works the same as when I bought it.

    This case allows you to position the Ipad at various angles, which I find to be an excellent feature. It also is lighter than other covers that I have had previously. It has a lock which is easy to open and close, which is convenient so that the case does not accidentally flop open when you pick it up,

    I chose the Plumberry Purple, but there are many color choices, and I am very pleased that this color was in stock. There are 6 possible positions depending on the slant best suited for the user. Case is thick and I feel it will be very protective. The camera isn’t always exposed because there is a piece of the case that bends back when you are ready to take a picture.

    The cover is very nice and secure it acts as a stand also. The only thing that is sort of inconvenient is that there is a flap covering the camera lens, but the flap gives excellent protection to the lens.
