It is flexible. I love the flap for the camera! It does everything I need it to do. I did not have t adjust to something completely different!

The charcoal looks good with my pink ipad. I like the little hinge that keeps the cover closed. My last cover for my old Ipad did not have a fastener

Mine rarely leaves the house. 2 of the 3 plastic strips by the speakers didn’t last very long even with no rough handling. Have to see how it holds up over time
