The bought the same for my new iPad but one of those thin plastic edges broke. Best Buy replaced it and the one I have now is holding up okay. Fabric is too slippery so does not stay tilted like my old one did. Great price does ease justify the choice.

I like that it has the pencil secured on the side and the different adjustments of your iPad when placed horizontally.

Not comfortable to hold.
