My big problem with it is that when you close it (with or without the clasp), the iPad doesn't always turn off. It also seems to trigger the iPad to turn on at random. I've opened up my backpack to see light coming from the iPad. The problem, it consistently causes my iPad battery to drain. I never had this issue with my previous case, so, I'll be buying a new one.

If you are buying it for a child just know that it stains quickly. Also, it wont stay in place.

I believe the ones on there look much better but more importantly are a lot less expensive. A case should not be $40+. This case also lacks a spot to put your pen if you’re looking for something like that. You’ll be much better off getting a $15 one (or less) on Amazon then throwing away $40 for this, save your money!

The item has been saying delayed for weeks and customer service told me the item was returned. I was then forced to go to a store to re-purchase the item and now I’m being told the items are being delivered. In addition, there is a disclaimer that said if I didn’t receive the items by 12/16 a refund would be issued. I will NEVER ORDER AN ONLINE ITEM AGAIN. Best Buy cannot get any more business for me because of the run around and hassle this has caused me the past few weeks.

Removing it was nearly impossible — my brand-new iPad slipped during the process, the case stayed in my hand, and the iPad screen cracked. Best Buy wouldn’t help after 15 days, and the manufacturer refused credit. I paid more to fix the iPad screen than the case cost. Not protective, not worth it.

Customer service is not the best when trying to talk to the store itself. I had my son place an online purchase and went to pick it up b/4 I left Wichita. When I arrived at store they said it was in transit but couldn’t tell “where?” The clerk that helped me was very helpful, and got the order taken care of. No problem w/him.
