Great alternative to Apple's cover

Flap folds down for rear camera access, and has a nice side clip to hold it shut. Easily fits the regular sized iPad and the pen if you want to add that. Cheaper than the Apple cover too.

We have Spec cases for iPhones. They seem to provide good protection without the bulk and weight of an Otter Box Defender.
