Seems like you are going to break the case in oder to get i-pad out. Normally this would not be a problem, but on occasion of returning to US from Netherlands last spring I got randomly selected for complete search and they wanted the i-pad out of the case. I couldn't get it out, was significantly delayed boarding plane.
