The build quality is ok. My big problem with it is that when you close it (with or without the clasp), the iPad doesn't always turn off. It also seems to trigger the iPad to turn on at random. I've opened up my backpack to see light coming from the iPad. The problem, it consistently causes my iPad battery to drain. I never had this issue with my previous case, so, I'll be buying a new one.

This item had to be returned since it did not fit the unit my wife purchased, which turned out to be the previous years' machine. The info on the package was not easily readable, hence the wrong purchase.

This case left deep indents on all for corners of my daughter’s new IPad. Don’t buy this product unless you want it to damage your expensive iPad.

It protects my screen and is apple pencil but I wouldnt get this color if I were you. If you are buying it for a child just know that it stains quickly. Also, it wont stay in place.

Plastic trim serves no real purpose since it is too delicate, not able to endure regular use. Rubber would make more sense.

I really like the color a lot. I would order a new one when I need one in the same color

Gives my iPad good protection, especially when traveling, like the color, coordinates with my iPad, starlight. It is not easy to stand in an upright position.

If you’re looking for a case for your iPad, go onto Amazon. I believe the ones on there look much better but more importantly are a lot less expensive. A case should not be $40+. This case also lacks a spot to put your pen if you’re looking for something like that. You’ll be much better off getting a $15 one (or less) on Amazon then throwing away $40 for this, save your money!

It's really good, the front part gets scratched kinda easy and the lil nooks in it to stand your iPad up kinda suck bc my iPad won't stay up half of the time

Terrible experience overall. This has been an absolute nightmare. The item has been saying delayed for weeks and customer service told me the item was returned. I was then forced to go to a store to re-purchase the item and now I’m being told the items are being delivered. In addition, there is a disclaimer that said if I didn’t receive the items by 12/16 a refund would be issued. I will NEVER ORDER AN ONLINE ITEM AGAIN. Best Buy cannot get any more business for me because of the run around and hassle this has caused me the past few weeks.

This case fit the new Nintendo perfectly. Plus my daughter loved the color.

I received these products and I’m happy with them. Customer service is not the best when trying to talk to the store itself. I had my son place an online purchase and went to pick it up b/4 I left Wichita. When I arrived at store they said it was in transit but couldn’t tell “where?” The clerk that helped me was very helpful, and got the order taken care of. No problem w/him.
