Overall this is a great phone case, durable and slim. It protects the phone very well, plus it comes in great colors. The only reason I did not give it an excellent rating is because the case does not cover the ports, like where you plug it in or headphones attach. My old case did protect the ports and that was good because dust and other stuff can get in there. It is a great case though.

The case for my IPhone is excellent. I had the same case prior to acquiring this case, which proved to be excellent and that is why I purchased this latest one.

This case is stylish and the rubber band around the screen affords some protection for damage

This case is great! Very durable, shock proof, sleek, fits great, and truly protects! Also it looks great on the white iPhone! The only downside was that I was not able to plug in the headphone jack for my non apple headphones nor the cable to hook the phone up to the speakers in my home. The hole was too small for the plug. Other than that, the case is amazing.

I bought the black Speck candy shell for my 5s. I have already dropped that phone 3 or 4 times and the Speck has come through with flying colors! My only gripe about it other than price is that it's a little tough to hold onto - it could use a few more rubberized points of contact to keep it from slipping out of your hands. But overall it's a very good case.

Plastic coating is coming off on one side, corner. But it's a nice light weight case overall.

Well made and durable. I purchased this case directly from Speck Products the day the iPhone 5 was released and it arrived 3 days later. I got the case in Pebble (Grey)/Peacock (Blue) and it looks great. The case does not add too much bulk to the phone, but with the hard outside shell coupled with the soft inside shell to absorb shock it provides the necessary protection. The case also does not take up unnecessary space on the screen. It will provide some protection for a fall on the face, but almost all 4 inches of the screen is available for use. ..... The wake/sleep button and the volume bottons are covered and easy to use. I use Monster headphones which has a big jack and it easily works with the headphone port. The speakers are covered with the case and should help keep lint and fuzz out of them, but holes on the bottom do not hinder the speakers. I am very happy with my purchase of this case and would recommend it to anyone else who is looking for a case for the iPhone 5.

It's not a great option if you take the phone out of the case too frequently (for working out for instance) the corners may tear.

I was shopping for a new Otter Box. I saw that the box said it was approved for some military standard so that made me feel like it would protect the phone as well as my Otterbox was. Finding it on clearance for $14.99 was also a huge bonus!

Purchased as a Christmas for my son and he loves it! Appears to be more sturdy and durable then the previous case he had. Easy to install.
