Bought this product because it was on clearance. When delivered I notice scratches on the back of the phone meaning it could have been used, returned and sold for clearance. Other then that, I love the Orchid/Deep Blue Sea case and the colors on the product. It makes the phone feel thin.

Although the case is quite plain and the rubber starts looking frail around the edges, the case has saved my phone even on concrete many times. The extra little lip it has protects the screen from hitting the floor as well. Great case. Great protection, at least with my IPhone 4.

Speck did not let me down. This phone case is sleek, vibrant, and secure. I have dropped my phone a few times already and still no damage. I enjoy the fact that the case does not add another inch to my phone. The phone case is snug and does not interfere with texting.

I bought this case to use with my iPhone 6. It is very durable and has withstood a couple of drops from three feet or higher. I also bought a second case for my 14 year old and we have had the same results.

This is a great case! I've dropped it twice in less then 1 week and it handled it well! The glossy case on the back scratches very easy and when it gets hit, it leaves a mark, tho, it can be rubbed off! Overall, it's a great case with a nice shade of blue. I normally like sparkly cases from Casemate, but after reading many bad reviews on the Glamour Casemate champagne case, I decided against it. This has been a great choice for the money!

I just got an iPhone 6 and was looking for a good case. I've been an Otterbox user for years on iPhone and this version's phone with the bendable back made me even more likely to go back. But I really wanted to try something thinner and maybe a little more custom (Otterbox has a look, you know.# Happily, I got a couple cases to try from Speck including this one, the MightyShell and the faceplate that goes with the CandyShell. Here are my thoughts: -/+ The CandyShell is too slippery for my tastes. This phone is already really thin and a slippery case just adds to my likelihood of dropping it. Obviously this is a preference thing and I've had smooth cases that I've liked in the past. So this is up to you. Just be aware that this is a glossy case without a lot of grip. If you want more grip there is a version of the CandyShell with grip lines in the back. -/+ Like many reviewers point out it does has a little bit of a center back bulge that allows the phone to spin or wobble when placed back down. Now, I spin my cases anyway - nervous habit, I guess - so that doesn't bug me. But I do want it to sit flat. Unlike other reviewers this didn't bother me. I only set the phone down when I wasn't using it or watching videos and as long as I wasn't typing it didn't wobble. - I can see the seams in the case. This is a bummer, really, as there is a noticeable seam all along the sides and back edges where the case was put together in production. It's a flaw. + The military specs are legit. I dropped the case a lot to check it out. I like the shock absorbion displayed. There is a lip around the glass and the case covers all the corners really well. I trust that it will hold up for normal drops. #Nothing is 100%). However, I felt a perception barrier comparing this to a fully covered phone case like an Otterbox. NOTE: The CandyShell cases have an option at Speck's website and some other sites where you can but a full front piece that covers the screen and also has a lip edge around the front. Personally, if I were buying the CandyShell I'd buy the version with the front cover. Also, if you are concerned about the structural protection of this case you could go with the MightyShell, which offers 2x the military spec protection. + Speck's cases and pieces are interchangeable. Personally, I liked the MightShell protection better but I really liked the CandyShell front piece and they worked together and fit together perfectly. + The CandyShell looks great and is really thin. If your thing is thin this is a great case that stays thin with strong protection. If you are looking for different colors and a sleeker look I think Speck does a great job with color combinations. I tried out a light pink and seafoam CandyShell and a magenta and hot pink MightyShell. There are a ton of great colors available. Overall, Speck's cases are good looking and provide thin, but strong protection. I prefer the MightyShell over the CandyShell because of feel of the case and the protection rating. I like the CandyShell front faceplate with both. Speck makes good cases and the prices are really good for the quality and protection. This product protects my iPhone 6 very well. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Nice case, great edge and table top protection. No interference with camera. Was surprised that the case is slightly bowed. When layer in its back, you can easily spin the phone while typing in it. In other words, you can't rely on this case to enable one handed typing in a flat surface. Other than that, it's a great case.

These cases have protected my phone numerous times when dropped. I like how they aren't as bulky as some other brands but still have the protection I need. Highly recommended!

I left my phone on the roof of my car and it flew off on the freeway and got run over at least once. I realized what happened a couple hours later and went back to see someone roll right over it. I took off the case and the phone looked brand new with the exception of a cracked screen! Seriously, the only part that had any damage was the only part not covered by this case. The case itself looks like it's been through a war but I am glad I bought this one.

This is a great basic phone case. Not bulky but still feels like it protects my phone the way I need it to.

I believe the case offers good protection for my IPhone 6 but there are some design flaws that make me give it a poor rating. The rubber rail that goes around the front of the case and the buttons are both made from a very soft rubber material that constantly flakes off due to friction from inserting/removing the phone from your pocket. In addition, for some inexplicable reason, the rubber rail over the charging port and headphone jack has no supporting hard plastic and so eventually the soft rubber over my charging port has torn leaving a piece of loose rubber hanging. This seems to be a very poor design as I can't see how eventually this wouldn't become a problem on most of these cases. Also the convex back on the case that makes it spin like a top on any hard surface is very annoying. Best Buy is refusing to return my case, even though it's only a couple of months old, saying this should be covered under the manufacturers warranty program and I should go directly through Speck. The process to go through Speck is a large hassle and I will just vow to not make purchases at Best Buy any longer and go through another large competitor of Best Buy's who I know for a fact would return this case in a heartbeat. And just when I was starting to like Best Buy again.

I purchased this case when I first bought my iPhone. It worked great however it does scratch very easy! That was the only thing that I didn't like about it. Other than that, it feels very durable.

Blue is a medium to dark teal leaning towards a dark ocean/denim blue, hard to describe but nice. Like the buttons on side which fully cover the iPhone buttons but work great.

If you want a protective solid case but don't feel like blowing $50 on an otterbox, this is the route to go. Had this case for about a week (the black and grey one) and it instantly started scratching on the back of the case. This was my second speck case (first was for my iPhone 5c and I had the same problem). Finally got sick of seeing the scratches everyday and bought a new better case. These candyshell cases seem great, just not in black/grey. Any other color wouldn't show a scratch.

Amazingly strong case, slim and sleek design. Can take multiple drops with ease.

Bought this item as brand-new but after discovering that there was a hole inside the case, in the middle of the back side, that I could feel with my finger, contacted Speck Customer Support. While part of their warranty replacement policy include taking a picture of an exact spot where the damage is discovered, since I'm totally blind, I explained it would be very difficult for me to take an exact picture but that I could feel with my finger clearly where the damaged hole was. While I provided a copy of my receipt that I scanned in from my original BestBuy receipt, a so called senior customer rep wrote back with an extensive detail about their policy B.S. and wants me to send in the case if I'm unable to produce such a picture via e-mail. I won't deal with this company product anymore.
