They traded for another one. The back was new looking but the screen cover did not fit correctly. My schedule was busy so was not able to get back to BB but after 1 day the back of the case was marked.

Good case didn't like the screen protector

The screen protector installs easy but I didn't like the extra height it added by the button and it kept peeling up. I ended up exchanging for the spec case without the screen protector and a zagg glass screen protector

Case scratches super easy.

Not bad looking case not too bulky but the shiny exterior scratches even with a microfiber cloth. I have no idea why they would've put this kind of surface on this phone. I mean I've really never seen anything scratch so easy it's crazy.

However, After only having the faceplate on about two weeks it began to peel off not to mention, I dropped my phone once with this case on and my front screen shattered. It's not as reliable as it may seem.

Used for two weeks and back is no longer nice looking and want to buy a new one. Unsatisfied with case as whole. 90% of time the phone is on its back and therefore increases scratches. Look for better option
