Corners are covered with a hard shell lined with the rubber for shock protection. I'm a super busy Mom of 3. Accidents happen & I'm confident with this cover for any WHOOPSIE that comes down the road.

Trying to hold just the phone doesn’t work for me, too slippery with high potential of dropping. This case works and helps keep the phone itself clean as well.
