This case is so pretty and it fits the laptop like a glove. It protects the computer and makes it looks so classy!!

Like the real case I got. Have used this product on previous Mac products. The case has a glossy finish. Wish it were a matte case but it was all the store had.

Outstanding product! I really like the way it fits and looks as well as the protection it provides to the MacBook. I looked at many alternatives and I am very glad I chose the Speck!

I bought this for my wife's laptop for when she travels. Seems pretty solid and it came in a variety of colors, so she didn't have to settle for a black one.

This information is specifically about the Calypso Blue case. It has a pleasing color, that does not really match the photo on the website, it is a shiny polished finish. The wide food pads were nice and provided traction but this was not a good case for my needs. I bought this item twice trying to make it work for me. The first time, there was a manufacturer defect so I returned and bought a second one. The replacement case lasted about a week before I started noticing hairline fractures along the edges. Two weeks in, the case started falling apart. I returned it and am looking for other case options. My roommate has the same case, only in matte black. He bought the case before I did and while his has not cracked as noticeably as mine, it still has cracks on the back tabs that will eventually cause them to fall off like mine did. I'm not a hard user for my computer but it does travel a lot. If your laptop is more like a desk top and you are looking for a splash of color, this would be great. If you are looking for something that will protect your computer, this will not be the case for you.

I don't carry this lap top around too much, it is mostly on my desk but the case fit well and I like the color.

This is the third Speck case I've owned. It was also the worst. It was hard to get on the MacBook, it cracked at the corners without much abuse, and it was expensive vs. other cases out there. I thought I was getting what I had purchased in the past, but it just wasn't the same. I've now moved on to cheaper and more reliable options.

The application of the cover was very easy. I like the color.

I was skeptical about buying this but I loveeee the color and its good protection for computer too.

If you are looking for a hard-case cover that fits well, this is a good option. Works for me!

Because I'm constantly moving my MacBook around the house and in travel, I wanted something for protection from dings that can happen with such use. The Speck case provides this protection as well as a good fit and looking good on my MacBook. Like the color too!
