I decided to try another from the same brand. Unfortunately, I purchased one that must have been a step down. The cover is constantly open and waking up the IPad unless it’s face down on a table. It does look nice and holds the unit at comfortable positions for viewing.

Cases are thick and shock-proof. However, this case is not like the normal Speck case. It's fairly a simple case with minimal protection. If you are expecting a strong shock-proof case, try other one.
