The speaker was crackling and breaking up on the 1st day. The camera when you're looking through the view finder gets digilized or pixalized. You have to touch whatever icon you want multiple times and then when you actually get it to activate there's a weird delay seconds before it responds. Pure junk.

The phone definitely felt more durable with the case on. The problem is the volume and power buttons are MUCH more separated. This glitch prevented me from being able to press both buttons down simultaneously. I was not able to take screen shots.

Trouble answering calls

The A16 may very well be the worst phone i have ever used. You cannot open an app without the device stalling for several seconds or more. Don't even try to facetime someone and use the phone. Google maps froze the whole thing. I had the phone in my pocket and my pants got damp and the phone died. It didn't last 3 weeks. Terrible terrible terrible purchase. Just walk away from it.
