It was a decent case. Simple but hard to clean once dirty.

Its ok not really clear is more frozen look and is little too big for the phone

Not good...2 week old phone with a cracked screen...I would say not good.

This case was OK. How are I went with the outer Box.

Wanted to save a few bucks, so grabbed this on sale. However, while it protects the phone very well, it doesn't go well with a black, stylishly designed Note 9.

Only bought this because I needed to downgrade from the size of my OtterBox so I could use a wireless charger to be honest I think it was overpriced for what it is.

Stiff case, the buttons work well under the case, but dulls the phone's backplate color... better deals out there.

I did not care for this case. I did not like the way it looked on my phone. I gave it to my mother.

It's not a very protective case it broke at the bottom within a week of having it

Can't use the power/lock button because case isn't lined up properly.

This case looked good for a cheaper priced case but that's where it ends. The holes for the side buttons on my Note 9 don't even line up so you can't turn it off or use the volume buttons. Tried to modify the holes by cutting them bigger that didn't work either.

We bought this and tried to put it on, but there was so little adhesive on the screen, it didn't even stick to the phone. Since BB doesn't have a return poilcy, this money was wasted. I'd give zero stars, but it wasn't an option

"Clear" is not really clear, its extremely snug on Note 8 had to stretch it open which caused case to look bad "strechd"

it leaked all over my new phone and i had to get another clear one. this was part of the 3 hour ordeal of buying the phone

Absolute junk...be aware and do not buy such crap.

Case seems to cover enough to protect the phone but the case is slippery and the pen is very hard to get out. I replaced with a different case. Shouldn't have let the sales person talk me into it. Otherwise he was very helpful.

This is a solid case; not flimsy, made of quality material . Take note though, you will be wiping the back clean quite often because it smears easily but I don't find it to be slippy. I notice that the S pen can be challenge to push out at times because the case sticks out from the phone. I paired mine with the the Invisible Shield curved glass screen protector Zagg.
