The ridges on the sides make it difficult to easily find the on/off and the volume buttons. I've gotten better at it though sometimes it's easy to confuse the ridges for the buttons.

I needed a phone case in a hurry because I was going to a conference. The color was not pink as stated on the description, It looked orange instead. I was thinking that something was wrong with my phone because the camera lens was not showing what I was attempting to photograph. After a while it was noted that the case was covering the lens. This was a disappointment and put my phone at risk for damage.

I dropped my phone face down onto a flat surface from around 3 ft and my Galaxy Note 9 screen cracked right down the middle in spite of also having a Zagg screen protector on the phone. I'm now out $250+ dollars to replace the screen. Wish I chose a different phone case.
