The case is very grippy but the texture is a little weird, got this today and going to update review in a week and decide if I will return in a week, I will only return if I don't get use to the feeling, they have other cases almost identical with different grips, would recommend those.

I really like the style, durability and grip of these cases. This one is even better than the Presidio grip for my iPhone 8 as the grips seem to be better quality and haven't started to come apart like my last case did. I would recommend this case to anyone.

I’ve had one phone ever get damaged since I always buy cases that say they’ll protect the phone. This case allowed the corner of my phone time became damaged. The corner… that was supposed to be understood the case… the glad and the metal received deep scratches and the case broke all from a fall from waste high. The case broke around the speakers… and then the case popped off the phone around the corner… allowing the corner to be scratched by the sidewalk. I was shocked. I’ve had so many other phones/cases take much worse falls with zero damage to the phone. Will never buy a Speck case again.
