I dropped the phone and it had scratches and a chip in the glass protector. I took it to the store and the young man advised me on this cover. He installed the new screen protector and cover for me. The phone has better grip control.

Only thing is the rubber ribs on the side of the case make it more difficult to pull your phone out of your pocket, which could add to a possible drop, but with the drop protection this brings its a good trade off.

Great case but with flaws

I just wish the rubber wouldn't come off so fast and so easy. I've only had this one a couple months and it has rubber strips hanging off everywhere. I have to use nail clippers and keep them trimmed off to keep from driving me crazy.

I owned one for the IPhone X and loved it so I bought this case when I upgraded my phone. Slides into my pocket easily, but the grip on the sides help me retain a good grip on the phone.
