Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect fit on my 8 plus. All the switches work perfectly. Feels like a part of the phone. Rubber strips on the exterior give it great grip in the hand and on surfaces. It will not slide. But it's not so grippy as to be annoying. Easy to get in and out of jeans. Minimal bulk, light weight protection and a great fit and feel make this one of my favorites. I just like it. The rim of the case sits slightly higher than the bezel so there is a little bit of screen protection for a face down hit on a smooth surface. Face down on rough asphalt would not end well. The manufacturer claims up to 10 foot high drop protection. That's a claim I do not believe applies to the 8 plus. It's minimal protection at best. If the rubber strips last and do not peel off I will be delighted. Unfortunately Best But does not give the ability to update reviews like Amazon does so I can only hope longevity is not an issue. Recommended if it lasts.
