What's not to like about this case? Good fit, feels great and conforms to my phone very well. So far so good. I have an iPhone XS and this case fits like a glove. It allows for me to charge my phone wirelessly without removing the case. The manufacturer boasts drop protection and a scratch resistant design, but I' not willing to see what happens with a deliberate drop. As far as the case holding up against scratches, It has held up well and so far no visible scratches. Being honest, I'm not concerned with the scratch resistant feature, rather, I hope that it performs well with an accidental drop. One great thing about this case is that it will grip a surface whether or not the phone is facing down or is in an upright position. To me that’s a nice insurance policy when it comes to accidentally pushing your phone. Overall a very nice case and most definitely on my recommended list.

This case is really nice and slim yet protective. Very nice grip on the back as well to help with not slipping all over the place.

The case fits the phone very well and provides very good grip. However the grip can make it a little difficult to get in and out of pants pockets. This can be a benefit to keep your phone from falling out by mistake. If you do drop it the case provides very good protection for the back and sides of your device. All buttons remain protected and easy to use. It is very light weight and adds little thickness other than the grip ridges.

Reliable strong case for iPhone X. Phone is totally safe in case even when phone is dropped

I'll start out by saying that I'm comparing the cost/value of this case to the brand I normally purchase, OB. The front of the case does overlap the screen, which is good for those like me who put their phone on its face at night time. The case fits my phone perfectly, it was hard to get off once on though. It seems like it would help protect my phone in a fall, not going to test that out. It definitely has "grip" to it. But for me, I'm not a fan of that. I have very soft hands and the ridges were kinda rough on my fingers when I was trying to scroll and type. Obviously that wont be a problem for other people, I however did not like it. The case is a good case for what it is marketed as. But again, I do feel the price could be a little lower, closer to $30, for the value, but that's just my opinion.

This case is sturdy and gets the job done, but it seems as if it doesn’t have enough thickness around the face of the phone. I’m worried my screen would shatter if it fell on its face.

I have an iPhone X, and considering it is an expense asset, it is important for me to look for the best options and this case proves to be unbeatable choice. The non-slip stripes, though polycarbonate shell with something called “Soft Impactum layer”, Protect the iphone in all situations. If you drop your phone, the crash zones that are inside of the inner border of the case reduces the chances of the iphone being damage. It provides excellent grip, the raised bezel protects also screen. The phone snapped right into it and feels very protected. It comes with a Lifetime warranty, but this case looks indestructible. I love the case, it feels reliable and the specs design very high tech.

The Speck Presidio Grip is an excellent case for those wanting to protect their iPhone without a super bulky case. Fit – Sometimes, the fit of phone cases can set the precedence of the quality of the product. I can say that the Presidio Grip leaves a very positive impression of how this case will hold up. It fits over the iPhone very snugly, meaning it hugs the device perfectly. The camera cutout is slightly larger than the actual camera cutout, but I wouldn’t knock Speck for that. Camera cutouts widely vary from case to case, and this case does a pretty good job in terms of alignment/size, but I have seen more appropriately sized camera cutouts in other cases. Protection – The inside of the case has like a ribbed pattern around the parameter of the “frame,” which seemingly helps to absorb the impact should your phone take a nasty fall. Being that the iPhone X/XS has glass front and backs, this is even more crucial. Also, the inside back feels a bit “padded” (for lack of a better term) to help absorb the shock of a fall. On the front, the case features a raised lip which helps to prevent your phone screen from directly touching a [flat] surface. This helps prevent scratches to your screen. The overall case is very sturdy and solid feeling, which gives me the feeling that this thing will last quite a while. Grip – Many phone cases are smooth or slightly textured, which often look nice, but make the phone challenging to hold. The Presidio Grip provides just as the name implies, a grippy surface which will keep your phone in your hand. There is rubber, grippy textures on both sides of the back panel that loop around to the sides, providing your hand with a grippy surface. It provides a different feeling and further adds to how secure your phone feels inside this case. Overall Thoughts – The functionality of this case is superior. With a sold feeling, simple design without looking too utilitarian, and easy access to all of your phone’s switches (silent toggle), buttons (volume), and ports, the Speck Presidio Grip should be a worthy contender for a phone case that will protect your expensive iPhone X/XS without sacrificing looks or breaking your budget.
