I feel maybe I should have gotten the Samsung brand Protector. Always second guessing.

Sturdy case with one big drawback

The one MAJOR criticism is the buttons. It is very poorly identified button from a tactile sense. It takes a good feel to identify which is the correct side of the phone.

S20 Case doesn't do its job

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this,the case itself, will not allow the buttons on the side to turn volume up and down,it is squeezed on so tight the case wont even operate properly. You press the down key,and it goes up,because it does not connect to the phone buttons properly, plus it covers the bottom half of the camera,so you might as well not bother using the camera, because it covers it in the first place. Speck used to make great cases,but they did a poor job on this one, maybe that's why it was clearance because Best Buy knew it asucked
