The deck grip case is excellent at protecting your phone from sudden drops. The grip back helps avoid any drops.

I prefer minimal cases, this one fits the bill. The extra grip it provides is also a plus. Granted, a bit over-priced.

I gave my daughter my S-8+ and purchased this for her. I had just purchased the New S-9+ and an Otterbox commuter case. I went back to Bestbuy and purchased the Speck case for My S-9+....$10 cheaper than the otterbox too. I love the fact that the Otterbox has port covers on the bottom. They are very slippery to hang on to and can easily side off any smooth surface. I had the commuter case on the 8+ the 6 months that I had it. You really have to have a firm grip on it to avoid dropping it. This Speck case has very secure gripping power. I would have given this case 5 stars instead of 4 if the Speck would have port covers too.

The case fits snug and covers key points. It has nice feel and easy to hold while making/receiving phone calls.

Does the job, had a few drops and knock on wood no issues. Not bulky, slides in and out of pocket easy but doesnt slip in your hand. Seems a bit pricey for what it is but worth it

This case is nice and slim, good protection for the sides and back and good grip, easily slips into a pocket.

only had for a week or so, but has a good snug fit and seems to be a good protectant for my new phone!

Fits my smartphone to a "T". Has a good grip (not slippery). Haven't dropped it yet (don't intend to!).

This case has added extra texture so the phone doesn't slide out of my hands. It also handles drops well. Best, it's not bulky, so the phone still fits in my pocket.

I just reciently replaced this case. Last one was same brand, but different color, it lasted me about ah year. No problems with old one, just was looking ah little scraggly.
