It costs a bit more than I had in mind but I think it is worth it. I especially like the ribs on the side. It has a good, solid feel to it. And I was told my phone would be protected from a 10 foot drop.

Speck case is reasonably priced and attractive. The rear of the case is ribbed so it will not slip when set down. Good value.

I bought this case on the referral of a friend. I like it because it has grip, making it easier to use with one hand. It also is a good balance between ease of use of edge screen and protection of screen.

I like this case better than the last case. It is less slippery in the car. it doesn't slip around in my husbands truck.

Haven't had the case for long, it is fine, not an Other Box, but is easy to hold onto. Would like it in other colors.

I love the rubber grip on this case as it prevents it from slipping easily out of my hands or off of a smooth surface, and that it's not big and bulky and can still fit in my back pocket.

Read the reviews prior to buying the Galaxy S8 and so was of course worried about 1) the screen and 2) wanting to keep the phone protected. The profile of this case is about even with the screen and the corners are definitively protected. The color is nice and the rubber on the sides makes for a nice grip. Worth it.

I bought this case to protect the back and sides of my phone. It has some grip to it so it won't slide off any surface. I would recommend a screen protector to prevent scratches. No complaints!

This is one of two cases purchased. Both are a perfect fit for the Samsung Galaxy S8. They are easy to put on and take off. The rubberized textured surface is great to prevent slipping around.

This cover is protective for drops and has skid proof back so it doesn't slide off of things. I like the options of colors, mine is blue/grey. Bright enough to see but not too bright.

The case fits the Galaxy s8 perfectly. Prevents the phone from slipping out of my hands or off of the car-seat. Love the blue color. I usually select grey or black but the blue is really nice.

Like the description indicates it is very easy hang onto the phone. Doesn't interfere the functions of the phone & allows for full viewing of the curved GS8 screen. Slim enough to not add too much bulk to the phone. Looks & feels like it protects well but not a phone dropper so haven't tested that as of yet.

This case worked better for me than Tech21 because of its better grip system that works great. Its hard to make the phone slip from your hands or surfaces. I feel so much safer with it.

This case is easy to put on the Galaxy S8 and it's easy to take off when needed. The rubberized grip makes it easy to hold. It never feels like the phone is going to slip out of my hand.

Past experience lead me to choose the Presidio GRIP Case for Samsung Galaxy S8. Comfort, security with the comfortable grip and protection if dropped made this purchase a necessity.

This case works very well to both protect the phone and provide a good, grippable surface for easy holding. It's not too difficult to put on and take off so that's definitely a plus.

The Speck - Presidio GRIP Case for Samsung Galaxy S8 - Black, is a great case for the S8. Easy to grip and protects S8 from falls (already found this out!). Recommend it for your S8.

This case probably protects well, though I'm trying not to test that. It is thinner than most for the rubbery cushion it has. The shape allows it to fit easily into a pocket. The grip design makes it very slip resistant in the hand. DOWNSIDE: no covers for the USB and 'phone jacks to keep out lint.

the case works great on the samsung s8 but it is expensive so i would probably purchase it when on sale

I bought this case for my wife and she loves it. It is not bulky and it can easily fit in her wallet.
