Galaxy a50 case

This was the only case available for this phone which is why purchased it. Case was also ridiculously expensive. 2 days after I purchased a case that was ten times durable, protective and half the cost of original case.

Causes factory resets
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought in January and since then the phone has performed 2 unwanted factory resets losing all my pics, settings.... Verizon believes the button design on this case is the cause. When you touch the phone in the button area more than 1 button can be activated - I verified this is true. Both resets happened when I was carrying the phone and came without warning. The Samsung A50 reset design is also to blame. I trust BestBuy products but got burned this time.
