The only thing I do not like about this product is that it is extremely difficult to take off ... no exaggeration. I'll have to check to see if the box included any instructions on the takeoff process.

We visited her about 2 weeks before the purchase, but we had to go back to her as she sold us on the phones. The items she suggested we bought. She was even helping toe other employees while helping us, so I figured that she was one of the supervisors but she is okay with what she is doing. Aerya Bailey is a good asset to Best Buy.
