Case OK but USB-C cannot properly connect.

Extremely difficult to remove phone!!

The phone sits secure in the case but if you want to remove the phone you must BE VERY CAREFUL!! When trying to remove my phone I could see my phone begin to twist. I had to stop and adjust how I should get my phone out but all sides are hard plastic with ZERO give. The only spot I could begin to get my phone out was from the buttons. Something happened, my phone began to twist and I as I kept trying to get it out the more the phone would twist. I eventually had to also slide my fingers along the side of the buttons as I pushed with the other hand. If eventually came out but it made me extremely nervous to use it again and I almost cut my fingers also getting it out! I returned the case and went with something else for the time being.

If grip is important to you, we'd like you to check out Presidio Perfect-Clear with Grips or Presidio2 Grip, both of which were designed with grippiness and hold in mind. Interferes with phone use...

Because of it's total coverage over the sides, I could barely push them in to start, close, sound level etc. And due to it's thickness, it muffled the sound on the bottom because it was covering some of the speaker. Anyway, I love the cover I bought online. There was one in-store but not the color I wanted.

Cracked phone trying to remove

Perfect Case to break your phone or fingers

Once you insert your phone in, you have to pray to Saints to remove it back from the case without breaking the glass or fingers. I would never try to remove it, but I wanted to return it, so I had to—a very frightening experience. The case is so thick that it makes the phone look like brick. Buttons tough to press, and it's hard to remove the stylus. The backside scratches easily. Makers of this case have no clue about the good quality materials and should not make any cases for $1300+ phones!

Gets dirty quickly
