Buttons are too tight

The volume rocker buttons on the case are so tight that they don't register, making turning the iPhone off and taking screenshots near impossible.

We were very pleased with the entire process and the young guy helping us made it go by fast and efficiently. The price wasn’t too bad and the case is doing the job as my son is a constant phone dropper. I would definitely recommend this case to anyone debating on buying.

Wanted a nice clear case to show off my polished stainless frame and frosted glass back. I'm on my second one after 2 years now - only because the rubber is yellowing and it doesn't look as pretty as it once did. Functionally, it was still just as good as day 1. I did get the Speck clear shell but I just didn't like the sides being hard plastic and slippery. Returned it and got this one again. I like Speck cases and have had them before but why spend over twice as much when this works great!
