The volume rocker buttons on the case are so tight that they don't register, making turning the iPhone off and taking screenshots near impossible.

It charged fine but I had to hold it or it would fall off. I’d have been super happy if it had just stayed on the charger.

If grip is important to you, we'd like you to check out Presidio Perfect-Clear with Grips or Presidio2 Grip, both of which were designed with grippiness and hold in mind. This was the first phone and plan I had purchased in over 15 years . The staff there was very eager to sell me the phone but when I asked questions I was told to look the phone up on Google or Youtube to learn how to use it . Recently I have been getting bills from all over the country that are tied to this phone . I'm in the process of finding out what there for ? If I can't find any answers I will despute the bills . I may go back to paper bills being sent as it seems there was a breach on my card thats tied to Best Buy . Not happy that I have to spend time fixing this problem !

It seems as sturdy as the Apple brand case at 1/2 the price. I haven’t dropped the phone so can’t attest to drop protection. At this point, I’d purchase this brand and product again.

Only complaint is that the surface is very smooth, not tacky al all, so (unlike my prior case), I can't prop my phone up on a wall because it will slip down. Otherwise, great.
