No screen protector

I was unable to access my phone or emails. The Best Buy people were very helpful and said it is probably a software glitch with the IPhone 12 mini but when he removed the screen protector the problem stopped.

Very Poor Quality Case

The plastic is so hard that it is difficult, if not impossible, to turn the phone off. While it is advertised to fit the 10xr and 11, the fit on the 19xr is the worst. I actually just threw the case out.
