Received Used/retuned item, Received replacement

It had scratches all over it on the back going in different directions so it was definitely a return/used. I called up Best Buy immediately to report this and I was sent out a replacement case and that one was in Much Much better condition although it had one faint small scratch on it. BTW, I don't understand why both packages I received were not sealed to begin with.

Bad quality case

Great phone case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(I got this phone case at a Verizon store). This is a great phone case! I set it on the back of someone’s car, then forgot it, and they drove away, and just before entering a highway they made a sharp turn and it fell off, so I tracked it down and me, my cousin and mom found it on the side of the road (right before entering the highway). There were no scratches on the screen, and just some scratches on the two top corners of the phone case, I have a screen protector, but still. This is a great phone case.
