I dropped my phone from pocket level and the back of my phone was pinched on the corner by the case causing the back glass to crack. I went back and forth with Speck trying to get them to fix the problem and they basically told me the case doesn't actually protect your phone. The customer service at Speck is a joke. BestBuy should remove all Speck products. I have had many phone cases and never had an issue before.
